New Patients

Becoming a patient at Hamilton Medical Centre is simple. Appointments can be booked online via HotDoc or by calling our reception team. Walk-in appointments are not available, and bookings are required.

We offer both face-to-face and telehealth consultations to provide flexible access to care that suits your needs.

At your first appointment with Hamilton Medical Centre, our doctors will take the time to understand your health concerns, medical history, and ongoing care needs. This helps us provide personalised, appropriate care from the outset.

If you have any previous medical records or relevant information, bringing these along can assist your doctor in providing continuity of care.

Hamilton Medical Centre offers bulk billing for eligible services (conditions apply). To be eligible for bulk billing, patients must be registered with MyMedicare and participate in the preventive care program if eligible.

Some services are not bulk billed. Our reception team is happy to discuss billing and fees prior to your appointment.

For your convenience, Hamilton Medical Centre is supported by onsite and nearby health services, including pathology, audiology, podiatry, and physiotherapy, allowing for coordinated care where required.
